Having spent the past 20 years working as Realtor, and Broker in both Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia, I am ready for the next phase of my career. As a landlord and property manager for more than 20 years I am well versed in the Tenancy Act, Screening of Tenants, and Lease Agreements. In my spare time, I enjoy an active lifestyle including Golf, I’m not actually that good, but I enjoy driving the golf cart. I am heavily involved in the Scuba Dive Community in Newfoundland and volunteer as Golf Coach with Special Olympics St. John’s Club.
